Can I apply if I live outside of Fargo or North Dakota?
Yes, NSM accepts applications from talent across various locations. However, applicants should be prepared to travel for bookings and events as required.

Does NSM charge fees for representation?
NSM has the standard agency expense of $25/month to cover the cost of website/marketing software programs. Also, IF model/talent is NOT experienced, there may be costs associated with professional development, such as portfolio building, workshops, or travel expenses (all coaches and photographers must be paid for their services - we recognize and support local artists and will not compromise their pay). Opportunity for development is assisted through our sister program at The Ultimate Studios.  Development options are typically discussed during the onboarding process.

What is the age range for talent representation?
NSM represents talent starting from age 4 and up. They do not represent babies or pets.

Open Call & Auditions

​

How often are Open Calls held?
Open Calls are typically held once every 1-2 months. Invitations are sent to applicants who have been pre-approved through the online application process. Applications are approved up to 3-4 weeks after submission is received.

What should I do if I can't attend the scheduled Open Call?
If you are unable to attend, it's important to notify NSM at least 24 hours in advance. This allows them to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

Who is Natalie Sparrow?
Natalie Sparrow is the owner of NSM and has over 30 years of experience in the modeling, acting, fashion, and makeup industries. She serves as an agent, coach, fashion show producer, and makeup artist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the agency.
