Natalie Sparrow Management isn't your typical agency. We believe every career is different, especially for talent growing in smaller markets. Our role isn't just to help you find opportunities—it's to help you prepare for them.
Whether you're 4 years old or an adult, brand new to the industry or already have experience, we're here to guide you with honesty, encouragement, and a plan that fits your goals.
Signing with an agency should never cost you anything. But building a career does require investing in yourself over time. That may include professional photos, acting or modeling workshops, coaching, self-tapes, or other development. The good news? We've spent more than 30 years building trusted resources and relationships to help you make smart decisions every step of the way.

How Do I Apply to Become a Model/Talent?

Take a face forward selfie or photo of yourself that shows your face clearly (FACING THE CAMERA, NO SIDE PROFILES PLEASE) with no distractions or other people in the photo. Simple photo with minimal makeup. NO FILTERS

Wait 3-6 weeks for agency to review your application (wait times may take longer during busy booking seasons)

IF approved, you will receive an email from our agency inviting you to attend an Open Call (an industry term referring to an interview). For this process, we will provide a seminar about the industry and expectations of models/talent to help new faces understand the industry

Once you attend the Open Call, we will determine if you are a fit with our agency and provide you with the next steps to prepare you for the start of your career/hobby (if approved).
